Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery. Please inspect packages upon receipt and report damage within 48 hours.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Product images sourced from suppliers remain their property.

Participation in our affiliate program is governed by additional Affiliate Terms & Conditions. Key rules:

• Self-referrals and cookie stuffing are prohibited
• Commissions are earned only on delivered, non-refunded orders
• We reserve the right to modify commission rates
• Misleading promotion of our brand will result in termination

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question
• We are not responsible for third-party service failures (payment processors, shipping carriers)
• Product descriptions are provided as-is from suppliers; slight variations may occur

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through:

1. Informal resolution — contact us first, we aim to resolve issues within 14 days
2. Mediation — if informal resolution fails, both parties agree to good-faith mediation
3. Arbitration or court — as a last resort, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or court proceedings

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
