Returns & Cancellations
Our policies for returns, exchanges, and order cancellations
You can cancel an order depending on its current status:
- Before processing â full refund, instant cancellation
- Processing / preparing â cancellation may still be possible; contact support ASAP
- Shipped â cancellation is no longer available; you may return after delivery
To cancel, go to My Orders in your account and click "Cancel" on the order, or contact our support team.
Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided:
- Item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags are intact
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
For damaged, wrong, or defective items, include photos or video when submitting your return request to speed up approval.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective or incorrectly shipped:
- Intimate apparel and undergarments
- Opened personal care and beauty products
- Custom or personalized items
- Digital products and downloadable items
- Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout
- Our error (wrong item, defective, damaged in transit) â we cover return shipping costs and arrange pickup where available
- Change of mind â return shipping is at the customer's expense
- International returns â customs duties on returns are the customer's responsibility
We will provide return instructions and a shipping label (when applicable) after your return is approved.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approval â typically within 2-3 business days of receipt
- Refund method â credited to your original payment method
- Processing time â 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card provider
- Partial refund â may apply if item shows signs of use or missing components
You'll receive an email notification at each stage of the process.
- Log in to your account and go to My Orders
- Find the order and click Request Return
- Select the item(s) and reason for return
- Upload photos/videos if the item is damaged or defective
- Submit the request and wait for approval (typically within 24-48 hours)
- Follow the return shipping instructions provided
Alternatively, you can contact our support team for assistance.
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. To get a different item:
- Return the original item using the process above
- Place a new order for the replacement item
For size/color issues, this ensures you get the correct item as quickly as possible.
